Payment is due upon COMpletion of the registration form.

Futsal 2022 Program: From October 15th-November 7th

MISSED Futsal sessions do NOT CONSTITUTE A MAKEUP SESSION. ALL MAKEUP SESSIONS, are DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER only and WILL BE RESCHEDULED AT THE END OF THE Fall Futsal PROGRAM.

In the event, New York City shuts down due to covid-19 and we are no longer allowed to conduct business, a credit toward future sessions will be applied to your account.

If you are a parent that was referred, please write the full name of the referral parent in the ‘Referred’ section of the registration form.
